I’m a 39-year-old Wellness Coach and father of four who came to wellness through experience, not theory. Over the years, I’ve tested different approaches to health, wellness, training, and nutrition, because I didn’t want secondhand information. I wanted to feel it, understand it, and learn what actually works in real life.
What I learned is that wellness is never one-size-fits-all. Everyone responds differently, and sustainability matters more than extremes. Strength, endurance, and discipline are important, but they only work when supported by habits, environment, faith, and structure.
Athletically, I value capability over appearance. I train to be functional, mobile, and strong, and I hold myself to standards that support longevity and responsibility. Today, those lessons shape how I guide others, especially professionals who want clarity, structure, and balance while managing real life.
My turning point came when I realized that working harder wasn’t the answer. I was putting in effort, trying different diets and training styles, but without alignment in mindset, environment, and daily structure, progress never lasted.
The main enemy was excess and lack of structure. Learning restraint through fasting, simplifying habits, and becoming intentional with my environment changed everything. That shift taught me that discipline is built through balance, consistency, and faith, not extremes. It reshaped how I live and how I coach today.
My purpose is to guide people toward a form of wellness that actually fits their life. I’m most passionate about working with professionals who are in a mature phase of life, people with families, responsibilities, and goals they care about.
I serve those who are ready to stop winging it and start building structure. People who understand that consistency matters more than intensity and that small daily actions, done with intention, create lasting change. My role is to guide, support, and hold people accountable while they build a system that works for them.
