My journey into health and fitness didn’t start with perfection or podiums—it started with curiosity, discipline, and learning the hard way. Growing up, sports taught me structure, accountability, and how powerful movement can be for confidence and mental strength. I played organized sports throughout my youth, which laid the foundation for my appreciation of teamwork, consistency, and pushing past comfort zones.
As I got older, my relationship with fitness evolved. I realized that training isn’t just about performance—it’s about sustainability, health, and longevity. I’ve experienced both progress and setbacks, and those moments shaped how I coach today. I learned that motivation fades, but habits last. I learned that rest is just as important as effort. And most importantly, I learned that every body responds differently—there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
My athletic highlights aren’t just personal achievements in the gym; they’re the transformations I’ve witnessed in others. Helping people regain confidence, reverse unhealthy patterns, move without pain, and believe in themselves again has become my greatest accomplishment. Coaching has taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of meeting people where they are—not where social media says they should be.
Today, I coach with intention. I focus on smart training, proper recovery, education, and long-term results. My mission is to create a safe, supportive environment where people feel empowered, not intimidated. I don’t just train bodies—I help build stronger mindsets and healthier lifestyles.
My journey is still unfolding, but every lesson I’ve learned has molded me into a coach who values progress over perfection, consistency over intensity, and people over numbers.
I’ve had several turning points in my life, but losing my father in 2015 was the one that truly changed everything. Growing up, I played sports from Little League through high school, attended combines, and learned early about discipline, effort, and resilience. But when my dad passed—and I wasn’t able to be there in the moment or even see him laid to rest—it forced a shift in me. Suddenly, I felt like I had to figure life out on my own. That was my turning point.
The enemy in my journey wasn’t failure or lack of ability—it was uncertainty and distraction. After my dad passed, every seed he planted in me began to blossom. I became more aware, more focused, and more intentional. I remember an old-school mentor once telling me that sometimes your gift and your blessing are sitting right under your nose—you just can’t see it because you’re too focused on everything else. That stuck with me.
Fitness started as something personal. I grew up playing football, but training became my form of meditation—not for results, not for aesthetics, but for clarity and escape. Over time, I fell in love with the process. That passion led me to pursue certifications and formal education in sports science, kinesiology, anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, and working with individuals managing conditions like type 2 diabetes.
But I eventually learned that none of that means anything without service. Coaching stopped being about certificates and started being about people. It became about showing up, putting ego aside, and being the best version of myself for the person standing in front of me. I realized fitness is deeper than workouts—it’s mental, emotional, and personal.
Today, I know my purpose. My purpose is to serve people. To help them grow through fitness—not just physically, but internally and externally. That turning point shaped me into a coach who understands struggle, values consistency, and believes in meeting people where they are, because I’ve been there myself.
My purpose for coaching is to serve people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their health, confidence, or direction. I’m especially impassioned to work with everyday individuals—not elite athletes—who want sustainable change, structure, and someone who truly understands what it feels like to struggle and still show up.
My motivation comes from knowing that fitness is bigger than workouts. It’s mental, emotional, and deeply personal. I coach to help people build consistency, self-trust, and clarity through movement. I’m the right coach for those who value progress over perfection, patience over extremes, and long-term health over quick fixes. If you’re willing to show up, stay honest, and do the work, I’m committed to walking that journey with you.
