Henry operates AUTOMATIC FITNESS with a unique approach, establishing meaningful relationships with each client. He found the flexibility to deliver personalized service and attention in his privately owned gym, which he couldn't achieve in a corporate gym setting.
With a specialty in training individuals over 50, Henry's skills in restorative and rehabilitative training are unparalleled.
His goal is to rejuvenate the mindset of his clients, firmly believing that once the mind is rejuvenated, the body will follow and results will manifest. This belief is what inspires and motivates him, and he hopes it will do the same for his clients.

Upper Body Tune Up
This program includes all Upper-body exercises to build strength in your
upper body by targeting the shoulders, arms, chest, abs, and back muscle groups. Strong upper-body muscles can help improve your athletic performance, increase your stamina, provide stability, and increase your activities of daily living.
