Auto-Fit Personal Training

During this session, you will receive individualized attention from a coach, or trainer here at Automatic Fitness to help you meet your fitness goals. Of course, you can create a fitness plan yourself, but there are added benefits that come with having a certified personal training session.

Full Body Matrix

This full body session is just what it sounds like: a workout that aims to hit all the major groups in one single session. Our Auto-Fit programs would include exercises for back, chest, shoulders, arms and core. It's also great for burning some cardio calories while building strength overall. It also involves some lower body movements, squats, hip hinges (dead lunges, and more. These movements inherently focus on the major muscle groups like the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. These are mixed with core exercises in a unique way to promote better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important, In fact, sports and other physical activities depend on good leg, and stable core muscles. Hope to see next session!

The Glute Shaper

This class is designed to strengthen ALL the lower half of your posterior chain and all the muscles that run down the back of your body from your glutes to your calves. A powertul low body is key to healthy, pain-free movement whether youre looking to boost athletic performance, or improve overall fitness. This is that class to build classic glutes!

Upper Body Tune Up

This program includes all Upper-body exercises to build strength in your upper body by targeting muscle groups in the shoulders, arms, chest, abs, and back. Strong upper-body muscles can help improve your athletic performance, increase your stamina, provide stability, and increase your activities of daily living.
